D.O.V.E.S., LLC has one operational facility. This building is a 37,000 sq. ft. building with facilities for metal fabrication, tool and equipment services, mining equipment repair, management offices, and training areas. This building is equipped with a 25-ton crane capability. This shop provides custom metal fabrication from small to large projects. D.O.V.E.S., LLC also does repair work for the mining industry, rebuilding longwalls and shields, repairing panline, longwall chain and rail cars and paint as needed. We have a proficient work force with skilled mechanics and welders of various disciplines. Welders are certified in carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum in accordance with 49CFR and quality assurance standards of ISO-9000 Series. Trucking and water hauling are also stationed at this facility. A secure laydown yard consisting of some 37 acres is also available.
