D.O.V.E.S., LLC was created in response to the need of metal fabrication, construction and mining services. Our owner, Mary Rankin, knew that there was a need for our services. She hired an elite staff with many years of experience in each area of our company. Our Chief Operating Officer, Douglas Boston, has had 24 years experience in business operations. Our Field Manager, Art Boston, has 55 years experience in construction and mining services. Our Shop Foreman, Mark Reed, has over 20 years experience in our industries. Our employees average over 15 years of experience. Our office manager, Eileen Conner, has had over 14 years experience in the office. And our safety director, Chortney Harman, has 7 years experience making sure that our company is safe and secure for all.
